Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy describes how you may cancel an order placed on merciefoundation.org and how cancellations interact with refunds. Please also read our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
2. Before shipment
If you wish to cancel before your order has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at merciefoundation@gmail.com or +91 93732 23895 with your order ID. If we confirm cancellation before handover to the carrier, we will void or refund the payment in line with our Refund Policy and payment partner timelines.
3. After shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation as such is no longer possible; the shipment may proceed to you. You may refuse acceptance only where permitted by carrier rules and local law, or receive the parcel and then request a return under our Refund Policy if the item is eligible (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect).
4. Orders we may cancel
We reserve the right to cancel orders — with notice where practical — if products are unavailable, pricing or description errors occur, we suspect fraudulent activity, or for operational reasons beyond our control. In those cases you will receive a full refund of amounts charged for the cancelled portion of the order.
5. Payment authorisations
For online payments processed via partners such as Razorpay, cancellation before capture may result in authorisation holds release according to your bank’s policies; captured amounts will be refunded per our Refund Policy once cancellation is confirmed.
